go to the doctors and ask them, nobody on here is really qualified to answer this question, your best advice, go to see a doctor

I suffer from I.B.S Irritable Bowel Syndrome and have had similar symptoms as you although the sore bottom thing was from having the runs bad! I'm not a doctor though so go and get it checked out.

it isnt worms is it? u can get that if u are not taking care of cleanliness. check it out at doctors, could be worms. pls get it checked.
