thanks for all your answers, changed the ink but still have the same problem.

Did you run a cleaning cycle on the print heads? When I have an equivalent problem I do a print check and usually find that one cartridge is clogged. The cleaning cycle clears it and I get the right colors again.

you have lost a colour check you havnt run out of ink
try new colour ink
heads could be blocked
mines always loosing yellow think its used more often
do a clean and prime
or if youve refilled the colour cartridge youve put the colours in the wrong compartments
