Exercise...show a genuine interest in being healthy...and if the man is truly in love with you in the first place then there is nothing to worry about...the sad thing is, most men who lose interest in women who get pregnant never really had much interest in them to begin with.

A pregnant woman doesn't really have to do anything to stay sexy. I have four children and my wife was just as sexy and active as she was while not pregnant.
Pregnant women are beautiful and there is something about how they look and feel that is really appealing to men.
I think all you need to do is dress and act like you always have. Sexy is how we feel about each other and ourselves.

I think if you were sexy before you were pregnant you can stay sexy. Now youll get bigger sure, but your man knows this and loves you just the same. The clothes arent sexy, the body not as sexy...but the woman can be undeniably sexy during pregnancy. Its all in your attitude, capitalize on it and youll be sexy as ever.

You may find this strange, but I can honestly say that when my ex wife was pregnant with my daughters I found her to be beautiful and sexy. I don't have words to describe what I felt for her, all I can tell you is she didn't have to do anything special for me to find her sexy.
She couldn't understand how I felt that way, she thought she was ugly and fat but that is the opposite of what I saw.

Bathe regular,keep fresh smelling,laugh, just be yourself.most pregant women are sexy anyway.Take care of your health,eat the right foods,love being pregnant, Bend over a lot!!! Good Luck.

Just be you. There is something about a woman with child that makes men weak in the knees. She gets that unidentifiable quality about her that draws mens attention to her. Take advantage of it. Also don't try to act like you aren't pregnant by hiding it.
