Ford only quote the average MPG at 56mph, however Transit are unable to go at 56mph and have just two speeds. 0 and 110mph.

If its diesel its more economical

Depends how fast you drive - the best economical speed is 55mph

That depends on the speed you are going, the faster you go, the more gas you are using
