"Is it wrong" she asks. What's WRONG with weighting yourself down with a fanny pack filled with candy bars and just snacking as you run along? Put the coke at the end of the track. You're gonna be thirsty too, ya know!

Well, since a standard track is only 1/4 mile long, you would have to pass it a few times on your way to a mile.By the time you finished,you would be too winded to eat it.Better off placing a tank of oxygen at the end.

unfortunately a self-defeating proposition unless it was at the end of about four miles, I think a mile probably burns about 150 calories and a candy has to be 500 so you gotta do like 4 miles to be ahead of the game... now to your question, is it wrong... no, not at all.. I say whatever works...

What a great idea...make it a "Take 5" bar.

Personally, I'd walk a mile for a Camel but I don't know think I'd run a mile for anything less than a Kripsy Kreme Glazed.

place a new outfit a couple sizes smaller than what you are wearing now at the end of the track.

While it does defeat the purpose of the exercising, IF it gets you motivated and moving, why not? And you could start with doing that and then do it every other time and then once a week or whatever. Every good exercise program has to start small or it will never work!

I guess if you like candy bars enough and want to loose weight great, but what happens when you get down there and eat it, you wasted your time running.

I did that and somebody stole my candy bar and I spent hours chasing the guy down to get it back, and by the time I did it was all melted.

I say place the best friend of your boyfriend at the end of the track, have a good workout and then indulge. Maybe you will break even, caloriewise.....
