Robocop i reckon... With one of those massive rifles they try and kill him with in the first film... That would blow some smoke up the Terminators *ss.
It would be too close... Perhaps a double KO like in Rocky 2 with Apollo Creed...
What if Robocop And the Terminator became friends... Who would they fight? The Preditor and an Alien? Tag team wrestling between the 2 teams perhaps?

Depends, Robocops toughness varied wildly in the films.
In Robocop 2 he fell 100 stories straight through the pavement, got up and kept on fighting with Kane.
However in Robocop 3 (as I remember...) he was almost completely crippled by having his arm shot off (something that his titanium armour would have probably prevented in the earlier movies...).
Prime Directives:
1) Serve The Public Trust
2) Protect The Innocent
3) Uphold The Law.
In film 1 and 2 Robo rules
Everything else and Arnie would give him the kicking of his unlife.

Terminator, he's more ruthless and doesn't care about human life (if you saw the first one, anyhow) Plus, even though I liked Robocop, I don't think that even he would be up to stop the Terminator fro wreaking havoc.

Terminator - that face of robocop is too much of a liability; one good punch, clean on the chin, would surely do it.

they did this in a dark horse comic. robocop became a computer virus and took over skynet, then encased a tank in flesh and sent it back to blow up the t-800. all very clever
