i have combination skin so i often have breakouts on my forehead. Is there any special things i need to take note of when buying skin-care products and make-up??

The best thing I have seen, without a prescription, is the ProActive series of skin cleansers and products. I know it is hyped on all kinds of advertisements but it is a really effective product

This is Adam C's g/f. Just be sure you are buying products for your skin type. I would recommend the Mary Kay line. They have a cleanser and moisturiser for combination skin and they also sell acne gel if you need that too. The products are awesome and work really well and will make your skin feel soft and smooth.

I have the exact same type of skin. I seem to always break out on my forehead and no where else. I have tried proactive(broke out more). I have been using Neutrogena oil free face wash and it works wonders. MAKE SURE you get the kind that is like foam not the liquid. The foam is better for our skin type. I wash 2x a day and also use neutrogena daily moisturizer in the morning. You only have to use a tiny bit of moisturizer though. This regimen has worked better and kept me break out free for about a year now!

Proactiv is the best skin care out there! I've tried everything and nothing makes my skin feel so good and so clear. It just feels healthy!

Girl welcome to my world I am in women in her later 20's who looks like I'm still in my ealier what some of my friends like to call the "Brat Pack" and I have always found that Oil of Olay works the best you need to get a good cleanser, toner, mosituzer w/sunscreen in it and a good exfoliating scrub.

first, rinse your fface with cold water. this opens your pores. then, wash your face with hot water. this cleans the pores. then, use antihistamine to prevent future breakouts. repeat until pimples are gone. then use antihistamine so you dont have to worry about oily looking skin. i hoped ive helped.
