Usually people do this kind of thing at the end of an email so its does not interfere with the message.
To do this you just create a signature & use a picture in it.
There are too many different email programs to tell you how to do it in all of them. Which do you use ?

hey i will tellu the step by step procedure ok.
see what u have to do is first click the "composemail" button on ur web page and there will be a "attach files" button on ur page and click it. after doing that u will get options for attaching files u can browse for the pictures or files and u can attach it and send it.ok. got it. then attach and send and enjoy.

With your email open and the cursor where you want the picture to go, click on "insert", then "picture", then browse to the picture you want to inset. Double-click it and it's IN your email, not attached. You can also re-size it in your email.
