I'm not sure what you mean by what the use of anal sex is. Some couples decide to try anal sex simply because they are in a sexual rut and want to try something new. Many men like it because the anus is tighter than the vagina. Both men and women enjoy anal sex because the anus has many nerve endings therefor making it very stimulating, and added bonus for men is that it stimulates the prostate. The main concerns people tend to have when thinking about trying anal sex for the first time is pain and cleanliness. Starting with cleanliness, some common sense is involved. If you feel as if you need to have a bowel movement, then that wouldn't be the right time to try anal sex. Other than that fecal matter stays up in the colon. If you want to be extra clean then an anal douche or enema can be used before hand. As far as pain goes there are two rules that have to be followed. First and foremost, you must use lube. Secondly go slow at first. You have to give the anal muscles time to relax(a few seconds) after initial insertion. No pain should be felt, if it is then stop and try again at a later time.
After all of that has been said, anal sex is not for everyone, but many, many people practice it and enjoy it.

I can't speak for white people but in the black community many black guys highly value large butts and frequently want sex that way. Many black women often get pressured alot to have anal sex most or all of the time...the positive is just only for the man, but some sisters (like me) had to learn to enjoy it when their man only wants booty every time.

Don't go to bed thinking "I'm gonna have anal sex", unless you're two guys. But "dance" with your partner in a way that everything you do with eachother is completely mutual and natural and unforced.
