who says seeing is believing.Do you see electricity but yes you can feel it and you can see what impact it has on society.Similarly you Dont see God but you see His universe His creations and when you genuinely seek Him you feel His presence. When you genuinely pray to Him and He helps you you feel His hand in your relief. You dont have to see everything in order to believe in it.Sometimes you just need to have the minds eye do the seeing which is more accurate.A mirage in a desert is your eye deceiving you but when you get close its the mind that tells you you have been fooled. You can fool the eye but its very difficult to fool a good mind or a good mental realization and vision.Feel the truth rather than seeing it friend. Those who genuinely seek God find Him its a journey of Discovery its all about how much you want to find Him.Take the journey and you will realize the truth of what I tell you.

To see God one must have the spiritual eyes. Incidentally the aspect of seeing is not that important in the initial stages. One must first hear about God from a bona fide representative who can provide the answers based on ones' enquiry. Seeing is not always believing.

Is seeing really believing? I don't think so. Seeing is concrete, believing is abstract. So the statement is contradictory. Believing in something is a heart issues that transcends logical thought. I believe in God, I have seen Him at work in many lives and have experienced His love - maybe not so abstract after all! Hmmmmm

Yes. The only problem is that we cannot take the expression too literally. It is like the wind; we cannot see it with our eyes, but we can certainly 'see' it through its effects as plain as the nose on your face. We can certainly see God in front of our very eyes this instant; we just have to know how to look, and not limit ourselves to only our eyes (this reads:"what we want to see"). Then open your eyes, ears, all your senses, your mind, your heart, and you will see that not believing is the foolish alternative.

"Seeing is believing" is true only of objects. Abstract concepts can be explained without having to "see" e.g. Hope - Can you tell me why Olympic runners lined up in a race; try their guts out, when only one will get the gold medal?. You are "seeing" hope in action but not an object on top of the head of the athletes.
God is everywhere if only you choose to believe!

Sure if by "see" you mean experience in any meaningful way. I don't care if I actually literally "SEE" the God, by some sort of tangible experience is generally required to infer existence of ANYTHING including God.

you can try to see God, if seeing was believing, but how would you know what to look for? How do you know you would be able to tell when you did see Him? But seeing is not believing; seeing is perceiving.

In reference to religions, any religion, believing is seeing. Once you believe blindly in a truth, the reality of that truth will be shown to you. Hence the Bible saying that those who believe will have eternal life. You have to believe to reap the benefits, and once you believe you will see it as reality.

just because you can't see something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. you can't see oxygen but you know it's there. There is a thing called Blind Faith.
we are to get ready to meet God, because someday we will.
