can we store video and audio on floppy?

The main advantage of cd over floppy is its capacity. Cd capacity - 800MB. Floppy capacity- 1.44 MB

Nope! Floppy has a very low storage capacity and much slower transfer times. While a floppy has only 1.44 MBs CDs can go up to 700+ MBs of storage and they are much faster and better.

Nobody uses floppys nowadays, not for photos and videos particularly.

Floppy can only store very small amount of data (1.44m bytes) which is usually insufficient for files like video .

A CD can store about 700M of data.

Data transfer rate for CD is also faster than a floppy.
