In what dungeon can you find an Eevee?

mt faraway, floor 30, in a locked room, holds the friendship bow. not an easy item to get at all
eevee? look in joyous tower, floors 12 to 17

You can start out as Eevee (you have to start out as a girl to get to it) or find one in a certain dungeon (joyous tower)after you've beaten the game.
