Sneezing involves contraction of the muscles of face, neck and eyes. So during sneezing most of the times, contraction of eyes takes place.

It's a reflex.Thousands of years ago when our ancesters lived in the rough jungle, a guy sneezed one time and both of his eyes popped out.They were immediately eaten by the rest of the tribe,and a legend was born.

i would imagine to stop our eyeballs coming out with the strength of a sneeze i would say it possible
so our eyes close to prevent this from happening

Really, it's a neurological reflex action, although it doesn't happen to everybody at all times.
I can sneeze with my eyes open.

i think its just a reflex its actully imposible 2 sneeze and keep ur eyes open ur else ur eyes would pop out!
