It sounds like your virus killer or spy killer has removed the file but not the link to it from the registry.
Goto Start and Run Type: regedit
Goto edit menu and search.
Seach for the programe name thats reported in the error message.
When you find the entry in the registry file delete it.
Note: If you delete the wrong entry it could effect your windows system so take care on what you delete.

Dear,
Step 1: Download and install AVG Antispyware software available at www.ewido.net and update it. Run a complete scan and delete all bugs found.
Still problem persists..continue to..
Step 2: Run a full system scan using Norton Antivirus and delete all bugs found.Thats all...

staggering to confirm somebody cares. My laptop is (like maximum, i anticipate) geared as much as immediately settle for updates. So as quickly as I switched on and observed this “Fault” I at contemporary restored my laptop to a prior date and became off the “Updates”. Later I spent sometime investigating and correcting the errors in the previous seeing your link (which might have saved me extremely some time and rigidity). Doesn’t Microsoft recognize extremely some human beings understand little or no with reference to the workings of computers and purely activate to surf? confident they did grant a potential “Patch” yet who could have understand the place to discover it or worse, have the means to artwork out in simple terms what to do with it while they did? maybe an ordinary be conscious on the "warning" panel directing us to their help web site might have been sensible? The warning message, itself, became curiously composed.

have you downloaded mywebsearch by any chance or an emoticons site? or a websearch tool bar, cause this happened to me and it took me a week to get rid of it!! if you have adware or spyware and you do a scan it treats these sites as spam even though technically they arent. so you have a choice, have these sites and dont run your adware/spyware when using the sites or, you have to just put up with error mssg and keep okaying it or run your adware which will quarantine them and dont download again and your mssg will disappear. hope thats helped and not confused!!( ps. I went to add/remove program and it still didnt work)

Looks to me like you have the MyWebSearch Toolbar on your computer. This site explains how you got it and how to remove it completely.

it doesn't really matter
because you are still able to use your computer (obviously because youre on the internet)LOL
so whilst it may be annoying it's probably just easier to ignore it
