Not unless it is in the last few days of pregnancy, as a pregnant woman does not actually release milk until the baby is due to arrive.
You can drink milk from a woman who has given birth, yes! There is no reason why not - although don't expect it to taste like your ordinary milk!!
My bf is going to try mine when I give birth to our baby... I suggested he mixes it with chocolate powder. LOL!!

Yes, and I think it is a far preferable option to cows milk.
It doesn't taste bad, it tastes nice (I tried mine while breastfeeding my daughters).
My eldest daugher used to drink it from a cup while my youngest had a bottle of expressed milk. I think it was good for both of them.
