Laright so you are running with a weight barover head and you punch somebody. That is assault and battery.
Last think I hit was a metal door. It cost me $500 to replace it. People don't take kindly to bending their security doors.

Yeah, right, maybe in a video game....But I think I have a pretty strong punch. I've never punched anyone before but I think if I had to properly, I might do some damage.
