To keep our torso stable, we swing our arms backwards and forwards while walking.
When we swing, say our right leg forward to take a step ahead, the to and fro motion of our arms provide a rotational thrust about the central vertical axis of the torso. This phenomenon occurs in accordance with the principle of conservation of angular momentum. While we move our hands forward and backward we counterbalance this momentum.

My hands don't shake, thats just odd...
My hands swing, because my arms are swinging, because that's natural, as the rest of your body is moving while you walk, so will the arms, hands etc...
It's normal for them to swing, but not shake. If your hands really do shake, maybe you should see a doctor, as there are a lot of illnesses which have trembling and shaking as a symptom.
