Absolutely not. WHile peole like Kissenger and Powell and others have had a big influence on governemental policies, they should not be allowed to hold that high of an office.

It's a cute idea, but I'm very hesitant to amend the constitution for any reason. I don't want to tinker with it because of one single person, in other words.
By the way, it was the Economist weekly magazine which first called Arnold the "gubernator..."

ABSOLUTELY NOT its one of the only thing protecting this country Iam sure that the Chinese already have U.S born here that they will run someday by allowing only U.S born to run is a safety net against other countries planting a candidate
