The best advice I've ever been given is to keep a positive attitude about everything you do, and be thankfull and gratefull for everything you have. It makes you look at the world in a whole new light.

The best peice of advice i received but ignored was "listen to your parents", if i had not tryed to be such a smart alec teenager, i would have saved myself(and my parents!) much heartache.
When people say that your parents know best, they usually do, and lets face it they only want whats best for you!
I realise there are always exceptions, but i mean in general.
