Last time I was tested, I was doing 98mph. I run so fast that I break the sound barrier. I'm faster than anybody.

Hmm.. I continuously run with out an ipod. What intent are you jogging the mile for? Is it for entertainment or are you aiming to conclude first? If you're jogging it for entertainment, and all you wish to do is to entire the mile; then having an ipod on could be first-class for you:) However, if you're jogging the mile as a race, then my recommendation could be nor to make use of it. You might get over excited with it and it is going to impact your run. If I run a mile for a race, I run and I simply seem directly forward. All i feel approximately is my respiring, nonetheless just lately I have mechanically began counting my steps..unusual huh? haha But if this can be a race, the Ipod could be first-class to get you going earlier than the race. well good fortune!

Running is bad for you and it hurts my legs, so I don't run any more, I hide instead.

And sorry Sunshine, but to break the sound barrier you would have to be able to run at 700mph, and even a Superhero such as yourself can't do that. You could try proving it on Top Gear though, if you want to convince me.

How do you run so fast with 2 tons over your head.? I though you said you fought. Now you run. I'm confused. What happened ? Did you drop the bar on his head and have to high-tail it out of there?

I can run 125 in a porsche if the police don't catch me first.
