Haven't read the article or another one like it...........BUT, being "the victim" or blaming someone or something else for your problems is the easy way out. The gov't uses these victims groups to gain favor among the rest of us. let's help these people because they can't help themselves. Everyone needs to read the Bible and be aware that God gave us everything we need. All these victims need to accept their responsibility for where they are and then we may begin recovery individually and as a nation. How irresponsible of politicians to use ignorant and irresponsible people to gain favor. Isn't it all so disgusting??
