I know it's sad but are we doing more damage by feeding these people. If they are saved they grow up & breed. Then there are twice as many starving people. Would it be better to find a way to have them grow enough for themselves.

Is famine Gods way reaching a natural balance and should we interfere with that?

There is nothing to be done. Sure you can try teaching them to farm or what ever but they simple won't do it. They are unable and unwilling to govern or take care of themselves. Any aid or assistance is a waste of time and money.

They live a different life to us. If you look at animals they have lots of offspring to ensure the survival of the blood line.

Africans are the same, if they had one child the likelihood is that it would die before 5 years old. Therefore they have lots and lots hoping one pulls through. This being the case only brings additional problems. They are going for quantity instead of quality. The lack of intelligence I'm afraid. Just have a couple and try and look after them properly.

There is only so much you can help people, they either get it or they don't. You cant teach a two year old algebra. The brain has to develop.

So yes we should not interfere, look what happens now after giving slaves an education. It gets thrown in your face as if you were the slave trader. Blacks enslaved blacks for 800 years before whites purchased a couple from black slave traders. We then freed them after two hundred years and gave them a voice.

If early began in Africa why are Africans not ruling the world? They had a big head start on everywhere else. Intelligence.

Our descendants should not suffer for our inability to stand up to do gooders who are on a personal mission to feel better about themselves.

Everything for a reason. If I was an African I would do anything to keep alive the child I had. I wouldn't say Oh lets have another couple that one looks as if it won't last a month.

This is a difficult question, and one I've thought about many times.

To be honest, I don't think I can fully answer it. I can answer this, though: Much of Africa has absolutely horrible soil for growing crops, and always has. Even this wouldn't be so bad except for the lack of clean water--or, in the case on much-needed irrigation, any at all.

In many African communities, volunteers have been going over to build wells and irrigation systems, as well as the practice that's been going on for years of having agricultural experts teaching them how to grow food and the best places in their land to grow different things. These things are helping; it's going slowly, because there are so many there, but there is practical help trickling over.

Yes. I think that is the best solution. Give a man a fish and he'll eat for one day. Teach the man to fish and he'll never be hungry. I mean where you said to find a way to show them how to grow their own food.
Maybe they should also taught that they need family planning.

WWJD? I think that about says it all.I believe that charity is something that goes around. Some day, I honestly believe, the worlds environment will change and nations like the United States may start suffering droughts and even famines.Scientists have even predicted this. And when that day comes I hope that other nations will remember our charity.
