If soo what is your opinion about that? Do you think that 'Turkey' is just consisting of that?

I first watched it when I was a student, and thought it was terrifying how easily one could slip from normal happy life to the depths of despair.

I now have it on DVD, and I think it should be compulsory viewing for all young people who think they can make a quick buck by such means as smuggling drugs.

I know that Turkey is a beautiful country, and the people are lovely, but I hope Turkish prisons are like that. UK prisons should be the same.

Like the film, but I don't think Turkey just consists of that!
Scary prison films are like their own genre...look at the Shawshank Redemption
Do you think the depiction of Turkish prison life is inaccurate?

In any case, I bet drug smuggling through Turkey decreased the year that film was released though!

just a bit exaggerated but if you like to see the real thing try to smuggle anything out out of Turkey they do take drug control seriously when it comes to in country usage

I think it is one of those movies like Marathon Man that try and take something ordinary and turn it extraordinary to try and scare a person into believing that they are less powerful than they normally feel they are.
