Georges Seurat invented Pointillism, the finest end of Impressionism. Impressionists placed large parts of elementary hues area through area hoping that the interest might want to blend them and that "muddying" might want to be prevented. Pigments are subtractive even as mixed, so that they flow in direction of black. elementary is additive and strikes in direction of white, so it isn't muddied. What extra perfect thanks to apply elementary hues than in tiny dots...if one is of the same opinion with the Impressionists' idea. i visit blend hues without muddying and without the infantile seem of Impressionist and Pointillist paintings.
