My brother in law is 14. and is a weird kid. He was like my own brother before. My husband is currently posted in Middle East and is away from home for a long time.
He has recently started to behave very badly with me. I was tolerating his bad behaviour like walking in front of me in undies, touching his geni*tals when i was alone etc thinking he was a kid and hence harmless.
But yesterday evening he has crossed all boundaries. After taking my evening bath, i came out to my bedroom, locked the door and was changing clothes. Suddenly i heard a curtain move and was shocked. I wrapped my towel around me and when i looked outside, i saw my brother in law walking away with his phonecam in hand. I immediately confronted him and demanded to see his phone camera.
Quite brazenly, he refused and said he had taken my pictures in the buff. He threatened to post my pictures on the net if i tell anyone & demanded I keep quiet.
Should i tell evryone and hence break up my marriage?Or keep quiet?

I have told his parents. They dont believe me and say that the camera is clean. He must have trasferred the pics to a cd or something? I dont know.

If you don't do something he could become ever more dangerous. This kid is not normal. Are you living with your in-laws? If so, find somewhere else to live. Maybe try for housing on base. If you won't report him to the Police than you REALLY need to get away from him.
I'm not kidding. He sounds like a sexual predator in training. He could seriously harm you and the older he gets the more dangerous he could become. Protect yourself and get away from him.

This is very serious matter and don't take it lightly.
Action taken on brother in law :
You need to stop such things at the begining itself, make him understand the seriousness of this crime, and tell him that even he can be put behind bars.
With your Husband :
Take him in to full confidance, and tell him the truth story from begining, he will understand your problem and will suggest you the right way to tackle it. May be he can make him understand better.
Don't worry and don't keep quiet, this will encourage him to take some more steps, which wont be good for you and your family.
Everything will be allright.

You have already told a few million already. Telling your husband should be a breeze. If you can't tell your husband then maybe you need to look for a way to shut him up. Keep a eye on the little perv maybe he will make a mistake that you can hold over him. ( Black mail maybe). Or if possible jerk a nott in him. Let him know you mean business. Good luck.

Tell u what.... You must raised ur concern. I believe ur parents are there for u. They can help u to overcome this problem. Discuss with them and at the same time ring ur husband and inform him what has happened.
He must be and understanding person if he really love u. Untill then keep urself away from this little devil.

It won't break up your marriage if your husband has half a brain. And personally, I think that it won't just stop with the pictures if you don't do anything about it now. I would tell him that I talked to the cops and that they can prosecute him for that type of behavior. If that doesn't scare him, talk with your husband and follow through with it.

do not keep quiet about it. you need to tell the authorities about this boy and what he did. if you don't, you don't know he could try to black mail you in the future. what a total brat, get him punished and teach him a lesson. your husband will be grateful and you will be happy that you corrected the situation.
