If you know yourself, if you know about your strongs, weakness, ambitions and needs you will have confidence against people.

Imagine a swan , she swims proudly, because she knows herself and she knows what she wants of her life.

Swan:
S = Strong
W = Weakness
A = Ambition
N = Needs

Don't worry, Be happy

Our answers in interview only will count and naturally we can do better if we are confident. The essential thing is that adequate preparation and time management gives the courage to face any interview with confidence. Within the work place it is the concern for others that gives us the confidence to move freely and also communication becomes easier.

Confidence is a function of knowledge and capability to diliver it. Once you have good knowledge and good ability and capacity to communicate the knowledge, confidence comes in effortlessly. However, if somebody has low self esteem or is abnormally shy or fears crowd, his knowledge will not avail him of the much needed confidence to excel.

To have confidence, have a reasonable level of knowledge about important or current matters. Have a feeling that if you do not know something, almost all other people will not know it, too. Do not be afraid of making mistakes; you are only being human doing that. Do not mind what people will say about you; nobody is free from that. Try dressing well always, and consciously endeavour to sharpen your communication skills and etiquette.

Well you can't have a shot of whiskey before you go to the interview so thats out of the question. But If you want better speaking skills and more confidence infront of others then maybe you should find a Toastmasters club around you city. They help each other in vocabulary and speaking skills. Don't be shy to go they were all like you at onetime.

Well first ya gotta dress very professional and career oriented, maybe your hair up or even down, look nice. When you first meet your interviewer, greet them with a smile and say Hi my name is so and so and shake thier hand firmly. When they begin to ask questions be calm and answer honestly, but what they want to hear, basically you should know right from wrong. Make eye contact and laugh when you feel necessary. Just be yourself and be calm and you'll be great!

Practice speaking to people you do not know . Be outgoing in other areas, then it comes easier in interviews. Do your homework. Know the company you are interviewing with. Dress neatly so that you feel confident about your appearance.
