There will be fruitless talks in the United Nations, maybe there will be sancions, maybe not. If so, they won't have any influence on the situation (as usual).

Nothing further will happen and North Korea will continue to be the backward communist island it has been for the last decades.

Tough talk and more stalling. Bush has so degraded the credibility of the US regarding international relations the only two possibilities are all out war with Korea and capitulation. Bush knows that he will be unable to marshall sufficient support to start ANOTHER war...so his hands are effectively tied.

they said they test it underground,by nobody is certain that they really test it,but some reports from don't know where said there was a magnitude of 6 to 8
