My mom just came off of a fast a few days ago, which seems to be similar to what you were doing. You have to ease yourself back into eating solids, or you'll be sick. She started with broths, soups and softer foods. In a day or two she was back to eating normal food, but still doesn't really get hungry for it as often as she would before.

I'd say light foods like fish, salad, etc. I cant say for sure that eating heavy will give you a problem like an upset stomach. After it being a week and a half, your stomach didnt really have to get used to any changes.

take semi-solids first which are easily digestible. give a gap of four hours. Then repeat. Do it for two days. Get normal.

I agree with that response, also don't forget to try crackers, lightly salted too or even bread as you progress.
