Paris definitely.
It's the most beautiful city in the world. It's clean, it's modern yet still retains the historical beauty of many centuries. The culture is steeped in history. Even the French people, who have been considered 'rude', are very friendly in Paris.
Paris is a city full of beautiful architecture and pays considerable homage to many great philosophers and scientists. The respect they show to their forefathers and the monuments they have erected in their honour displays a great wealth of appreciation for the deeper aspects of existence.
Passing through various grand monumental structures, it is hard not to be solemn in Paris. Yet gathering in a restaurant at the end of the day to sup their beautiful wine and eat their gorgeous food, the whole experience is brought together in exquisite harmony.
Gorgeous place Paris.

New York because it looks so cosmopolitan. Greece looks beautiful though. I'd love to go to Rio but the crime there looks quite bad - I love Brazilian music and dancing. Bangkok would be good for shopping. In Paris I'd like to see the Eiffel Tower and go to the Louvre.

New York, USA because i haven't been there before. I was born in France, and visit Bankok occasionally. Greece and Brazil seems interesting but NY is my dream :D
But if u mean ur planning on going somewhere, i say Paris, France. It is absolutely beautiful. The food is great, and views are amazing. anyone would luv it, or, as they say in France "tu vas tombe sur ton qu" AKA you will fall on your a$s - - - in the good way ;)
