The answer to your question can take so many different directions. But I will propose one that does not involve fatigue, depression, boredom, etc. and go out on a limb to say: If you cannot define FUN anymore, it means that you are narrowing your definition too much. Ask yourself the question: what feeling do I attribute to the word fun? By expanding the emotions that you would put under this term, you will expand your boundaries of what fun is. For instance, asking your question may or may not be fun depending upon how you define it. If you enjoyed it or found it the best use of your time (as you saw it at the moment), then you may be having fun. I have broaded myself definition of fun to include new things (adventures or challenges), old things (comfortable and pleasant pasttimes that have stood time), and all sorts of things in between even chores. It is really about the perspective you take in relation to how much enjoyment you wish to give yourself in your life. FUN is what you make it and is yours if you make it so. So, have FUN no matter what the definition. Enjoy your life : ) !!!

If it's not growing, then it's dying.
Dying isn't always bad ... it is change. You could be changing from an adolecent definition of FUN, and growing into a more slightly mature definition of FUN.
Should this be a "Depression" phase, then you should start getting help with the depression to let the depression die, and start growing into a new role of life that will help you grow as a person.

well i guess ur so depressed right now thats why u can even define whats funny...or if u have high standards of things like u dont find it funny by just joking..for me its still funny even if its only simple things..u should check first what are those things that can make u happy and feel fun, then u could now define whats funny for u

Either you're severly depressed or you're always having such a good time at whatever you do that everything is fun and you cannot find something FUNNER. However I'm sure it's the first so you have to ask yourself why everything seems so bleek...we've all been there.

It means that circumstance has put you in a rut and you don't know who you are. Find out who you are and get out more.
