Lots of women still have spotting even when they're pregnant. The best way to know for sure is to get a home pregnancy test followed up with a visit to your doctor.

Some women have a little 'spotting' of blood even though they are pregnant, especially in the first couple of months. You need to get a pregnancy test done ASAP. Good luck!

It may have been implantation bleeding.
