Yes to some degree of satisfaction, computers can talk and you can also talk to it. I use a few types of adaptive software. Below are a few you can try... Enjoy~

Click on your Start Button, choose Control Panel. Choose Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices...then choose Speech. Click "Preview Voice", and your computer will talk to you!
