Hmmm...
publicola is on the right track and these analogs describe well direct current (DC) phenomena. As son as you introduce frequency then we have to move to alternating current (AC) domain. Circuit elements such as capacitors and inductors behave differently AC then they do in DC environment. The resistor however behaves the same and we can write a first relationship between Voltage (V), Current (I) and Resistance (R) as V=IR. Which is also known as Ohms law.
The AC voltage can be expressed as
v(t)=Asin(wt+b) where
v(t) – voltage (that changes with time)
A- the amplitude (max value it can attain)
w – angular frequency
t – time
b – phase shift
w = 2 Pi f where
Pi=3.14159..
f – frequency of oscillation or how many times per second does the waveform rise and fall.
Finally the impedance or the reactive resistance of a capacitor and inductor can be expressed as
Xc= 1/(wC)
Xl=wL

A Current (I in Ampere) flows through a cable. For this there should a potential difference higher at one end and lower at the other, to facilitate flow from high end to low end, Difference between the potentials is the voltage expressed as V.(Volts) The resistance offered is measured in Ohms. The alternating current is in the form of a sinusoidal wave and the frequency of the wave is termed in cycles/sec and amplitude of the wave is the difference between the peak of the wave and the centreline average of the wave.

There are several methods to improve quickly and naturally eye sight... To know how to do that you can find here a compelte method based on researches done by some scientist, for a cheap price:
http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413
I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above...for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight. We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight. I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.
Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years. The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading. I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.
Anyway i suggest to check the link that i posted :) It worked for me
Hope it helps.

Ohm's law applies to electrical circuits; it states that the current through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the potential difference or voltage across the two points, and inversely proportional to the resistance between them. Or simply V = I*R Note that Ohm's law apply only to ohmic materials i.e. Materials which obey ohm's law. Not all materials follow this V = I*R relationship.

Ehm..
I'm following a method that is helping me to improve my vision with simple eye exercises. Have a look at the full system on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413
It's surely the leader program of its type
I hope it helps

in eletricity, think of water flowing thru a pipe, volts is the pressure of the water and amperage is the speed of the flow thru the pipe. I think that is right but i am not sure hope it helps
