From the Registry workplace closest to the place you have been born, of course they have have been given a checklist of your delivery so they are in a position to challenge a sparkling one for you; I had to get a sparkling one some years back, won't be in a position to remember if I had to pay for it tho.

Go in to your nearest Birth marraige death registrar and ask it costs about £6.50 that's what i payed about 4 months ago
