I heard it was Croydon, as apparently thats where the name for the hair style the girls have (where you pull back your hair and tie it back really tightly) is from, apparently called a Croydon face lift.
That said, any high street on a friday or saturday night is a Chav war zone, so throwing a dart at a map of the UK would probably get the same results

ok...so i'm an american...and you are right...what is a chav? funny though i live in a town called Bristol in CT USA...and i know where a manchester in CT is...but don't knwo of any chavs...can you share what this is with me?

the capital of chavs is CHATHAM in KENT, also GILLINGHAM always in KENT gives them a run for their money. these two twons is were the stupid "fashion" developed. everybody else who says other wise doesn't know.
