My suggestion: Whatever you feel comfortable. Your confort comes first, religious activities, vrat, pooja are secondary. Do what you feel if good for you and your Baby..

Don't worry whatever you wear you shall look the most beautiful among everyone present. I did suggest you to wear a saree coz that would take the shape of your big tummy , untill you have a salwar kurta that still fits you and as well is comfortable.
Wish you a Happy Karva Chauth and a more happier Motherhood

Choose whatever you normally do wear on karva chauth, i mean if you wear a saree then take samne wala pala, if you choose lehenga then get a loose and longer choli and if you prefer wearing suits, wear a longer kurta and most important of all, dont think you are looking bad, you always look most graceful when you are carrying your baby so dont think too much about how you will look, if you feel good about what you wear you will look the best and i am sure your husband would love it but since you are 7months pregnant, i would advice you to talk to your doctor if you are fasting.

hey, im also celebrating karva chauth and im wearing my wedding saree for that....if you can my sister was preggo last year for this and she just wore a langha with a long blouse that covered her growing belly......maybe you can wear something like that...i know saree's arent really comfortable for pregnant women but a langha would look nice and be comfortable as well...good luck with your pregnancy and in life and may your hubby have a long and wealthy life....
