normally those who are working in the food related industry [n hospital i think] have to wear hair net, its to prevent the hair from getting into the food stuff, so you have to cover all your hair with the hair net in order for the hair net to be functioning well !
its wouldn't have any effect on your hair, just that you need to comb it after remove the hair net otherwise you look funny!
