Unfortunately all your hair should be inside or under the netting.

It grosses people out when they find hair in their food, and speaking from experiance, sometimes they bring the hair back to the manager and the length and color of the hair is often looked at.
Too many hairs and you could loose your job.

Worry about looking cute before and after work, not during. :)
