The Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes, eh?

I thougth I'd have a wander around the website. I came across a picture of the Grand Primo, Brother Michael John Walker ROH. If he dressed like that in the street he'd be arrested! And what's with all the strange titles (the Grand Primo, Deputy Grand Primo, Grand Chamberlain, Grand Tyler, Grand Constable, Grand Registrar, Grand Alderman of Juniper, Grand Alderman of Benevolence, Grand Minstrel, Grand Waiter, plus all the Brethren)?

To me it sounded a little sinister and secretive, too much like the Masons. However my mind was set at rest when I found out that my local Bristol lodge do their monthly "buffing" [what could that actually be - the mind boggles!] at the Masonic Pub in Bedminster, Bristol. So that's alright then.

I haven't met any buffs for years. There used to be a lodge at my local boozer. They used to hold dances £2 per ticket all drinks 10p, oh for the good old days. Theres no lodge there now cos they pulled down my local to build flats.
