Shouldn't Pro Choice include my choice to decide if I should pay for it or not?
Since publically funded abortions increased, both numerically and financially under George Bush, the Christian "Pro-Life" Prez, since Clinton left office, shouldn't Bush be recognized as both 'ProLife' and 'ProChoice'?

I don't know about "always," but in the minds of many such people it is but a short step and an easy transition from "you must not interfere with my right to do it" to "you must be taxed to pay for it."
As they know very well, taking that second step is highly inflammatory to people to whom abortion is anathema, but that only adds to the sweetness of their victory on the first point.
As in many similar endeavors, they should be careful what they ask for, because they might just get it and, by doing so, re-energize their opponents and find that both of their victories were ultimately Pyrrhic.

I can understand your confusion on the Bush abortion policy, since he does tend to chatter out of both sides of his head...I do wonder, however, if "ProLife" people expect the public to pay for the housing, feeding, grooming, education, medical and mental health care, and eventual retirement of the unwanted and abandonded children born if abortion is ever abolished...and wonder if you have measured the cost of an abortion against the cost of raising unwanted children, many of which are born deformed or otherwise handicapped...
This is the oxymoronic position of the "compassionate conservatives"...they want to legally interfere in a woman's decision to choose, claiming that unwanted children should be born...but then turn their backs on the child and even criticize the child after it is born...

That is a blanket statement. I am Pro Choice and I believe that if you choose to have an abortion, you choose to pay for it. You, of course, can make the choice to not pay for it, but then you won't receive an abortion. That's the nature of commerce, monetary units in exchange for goods and services.
Bush should not be recognized as Pro Choice as his personal beliefs are not of the Pro Choice agenda. If they were, stem cell research would have progressed much further by now as aborted pregnancies from gov't funded clinics could have been generating raw material for said research.

ProChoice is a fraud.
If they'd made the right "choice" to begin with, they wouldn't be pregnant in the first place. Pregnancy is not a punishment, it's the natural result of procreation...the problem is that they are using procreation as recreation. It should neither be publicly or privately funded. It should be a medical decision based on the threat of the life of the mother only- and sparingly at that.
Ladies, God didnt made it enjoyable so that you would have children...because if it were painful, you wouldn't do it at all.

Dont know that they do "expect the public to pay." The public certainly gets to pay for the upkeep education and jailing of the results of nonabortions.

hmmm, probably for the same reason that "pro-lifers" expect me as a taxpayer to pay for the education of their broods.
now why are "pro-lifers" happy to kill the entire planet by overpopulating it?

Because they are all socialists, and to them, it is the job of the government to provide every need, including abortion on demand.

Pro Choice people do not respect the future of fetuses just to have their issues patronized by abortionists trying to evade responsibilities for their would-be children.
