Certainly. Since I enjoy being naked whenever possible. In fact if I did leave my clothes on I'd feel like I was the strange one. Don't be rude be nude.

If they lived in primitve environment.
If they were too poor to buy clothes.
If they were pathologically abnormal.
If they were urged by some unhealthy influence to do so.
If they wanted to test the guest's vision.
There might be thousands of moral reasons requiring that the guest should not abandon them.

Yes, did that once, and my friend's older sister's were naked, so I was sporting so much wood for so long I ended up in total pain.

I can't think of any of my friends I'd want to see naked and their familys are just as ugly. So I'd say no.
