If your gall bladder has been removed, it means your body can't handle fat in your diet. If you have fatty foods, you will feel sick and have loose stools.
Have a look at your diet. That's probably where the problem is.
Good luck! It's normal to feel a bit off for a few weeks after the op, but if you find you have temperature or any oozing from the op sites, go get checked.

i had this done in august and i have had no pain or sickness since. I do recall though that the doctor said that some people can get loose stools after the operation and that they need medication to control it, i wouldnt be happy about the pain and sickness though, the recovery time should be quite quick, i would go back and see your surgeon or doctor and ask for a ultrasound or something. You could have simply over done it and even though i recovered quickly doesnt mean everyone is the same, im sure its nothing.

I had my Gall bladder removed 2 years ago. I remember being sick a few times after but not all the time... You just need to watch what you eat now... and your stools being loose is normal... Just relook at your diet, and try not to eat too much fatty foods.
I feel good now... it took quite a while for me to recover 100% as the diet was a big change in my life.
But if do have any worries then go to the doctors... after all it is your health and that should come first!

The gall bladder is largely responsible for digesting the fats in your diet. Without it your body will not handle the fat very well and the result of this will be loose stools. Cut down on the fat in your diet and see if this helps (it won't stop the loose stools completely, you may need medicatioon to do that).
The sickness could well be a reaction to the surgery and anaethesia, but check it out with either the surgeon who did the op or your GP.

Mine had a little pain for several weeks, but they got a little carried away with a scalpel. You should not feel sick, however, unless you are eating too much fat or there is another problem like infection. There is always a possibility of a problem with the common duct so you should keep your doctor informed.

Assuming he has no concern healing (an infection, and so on,) he might want to have a touch fatty nutrition intolerance. maximum sufferers adjust to this and really do extra perfect with fatty meals after some months. He might want to get some practise from a dietitian earlier his discharge from the well being middle.
