I've recently bought a new washing machine from Courts without realising it's too big for the space I intend to allocate it. The delivery men force it into the corner but the hose for draining got bent instead and water refused to drain hence, my machine doesn't work. If you were me, what would you do?

Swap it for a smaller machine.

The delivery men are responsible for inappropriate installment, if you bought installing service along with the machine.

I suggest you call the reseller and try to have them change it for a smaller one or take it back. If not, Ebay your new machine and get a new one.

Extend the platform or just let it stand on it's own base, doesn't matter much.
