I searched the Internet for some answers. Here is some answers to similar questions that could be used for your question.

Q. Why should I hire you?
A. Point out your positive attributes related to the job, and the good job you've done in the past. Include any compliments you've received from management.

Q. What past accomplishments gave you satisfaction?
A. Briefly describe one to three work projects that made you proud or earned you pats on the back, promotions, raises, etc. Focus more on achievement than reward

Q. What qualifies you for this job?
A. Tout your skills, experience, education and other qualifications, especially those that match the job description well. Avoid just regurgitating your resume. Explain why.

In my view, those answers can be organized to make a good answer to that Q.

It depends on the job you are interviewing for. But basically, when asked this question you should word the answer so that it shows your qualifications for the job. What the best thing is that you could bring to the position.

know what the company needs before hand. then position yourself as the solution.

example;
If your company is looking to break into this new market place, you're going to need people who are fast, flexible and bring a diverse mix of experience.

I believe that the blend of expertise found in my resume and experience combined with a flexible, hardworking attitude, qualify me as a prime candidate for the job.

Tell them what you know about the job, and how to do it. Cite them examples (from previous work experience) how it was done and the end results. Impress upon them that you have great passion for the job and is confident of doing it well. Good luck :-)

That is, if you have answered yes. You should answer that you don't know, because you haven't seen the others yet. But once you have seen the best, you will overtake him in no time.
