then the other day i got a nose bleed, i am wondering why after 18 years i got one. people are laughing because i am worried but i said if i got them every week or month i wouldnt be worried. i am very stressed out at the moment i have heard this could be the cause. has anyone else had this, as in a random nosebleed after years of not having one.

im having nosebleed every some days, and i get that whenever im exposed to a cold room for a long time, and then suddently go into a hot room, or when i'm stressed, or when i have high blood pressure.
i havent had my vessels courterised cause my doctor said if i ever have a heart attack or a head strike, the blood wouldnt have a way to go out.
Nose bleeding is nothing actually, its just that u have small vessels in ur nose that get stretched and explode allowing the blood to go out. U may have courterised some, but not all of them, so some of the non courterised ones are causing the same problems now

I've had my nose cauterised 3 times and it still doesn't work for me.

It's quite normal for some people to still suffer nosebleeds after this procedure as it really depends on each person's blood pressure. You mentioned that you're stressed out at the moment and I agree it may be the root cause as your blood pressure is likely to be really high at the moment. Also stressing about it won't help you either, so the best thing to do is to try and relax.

Try aromatherapy, deep breathing techniques, yoga or just sitting quietly for a few mins as it will make all the difference.

However, if your nosebleeds occur frequently ie every day or often ie more than once a day you must go and see your doctor to ensure that you haven't sustained any injuries.

Don't worry.
Cauterising the blood vessels 18 years ago only means you got the ones that were bleeding all the time done.

There are lots of OTHER blood vessels in your nose as well.

You probably just got a nosebleed like anyone else. If it recurs persistantly, you may have to get another session of cauterisation.

Chances are, it was a once-off. Relax, make sure your diet is good, get a little rest, don't worry about it.

the main ordinary style of nosebleed is an anterior nosebleed, which comes from the front of the nostril. Capillaries, or very small blood vessels, that are interior the nostril would destroy and bleed, inflicting this way of nosebleed. yet another style of nosebleed is a posterior nosebleed, which comes from the interior maximum area of the nostril. Blood from a posterior nosebleed flows down the back of the throat whether the guy is sitting or status. babies hardly have posterior nosebleeds, which take place maximum oftentimes in older human beings, people who've intense blood tension, and human beings who've had nostril or face injuries.

There is always a cause for nosebleeds. One of the most common is milk. Many people have an adverse reaction to milk.
Ignore the doctors who want to deform your body, or give you poisonous injections and drugs, and go and see a natural healer. Or do lots of research on the web.
Search for nosebleed natural cure.

I thik it's random.

Like you, I had very bad nose bleeds some years ago (about 25 in my case) and my nose was cauterised.

My nose started bleeding slightly after I blew it hard a year or two ago but it just stopped and the bleeding never re-ocurred. Obviously if it doesn't stop or you get it again a few times, you need to see a doctor.

If you live up north and it’s cold where you are at (home or work), then it’s probably dry air. You should buy several portable humidifiers for your home or add it to your house’s heater. You put water in it every day and it will moisten the air so it doesn’t become dry.

Now, if you had it medically treated already but you’re still getting nosebleeds again, you should go to the doctor again and ask them about it. It might be something else and maybe it could be serious.

If you are that concerned go to the Doctors for your own peace of mind if nothing else.
