Oh it can be anything and very very frustrating (just don't let it bother you for long!)

1. You are bounced (over the telephone) from one department to another and by the end of the day, you have repeated your enquiry for the upteenth time!

2. You are repeating your membership number for the 7th time to an operator who isn't really listening (or is slow at the keyboard)!

3. You are told 'LAST PIECE' 3 times without further explaination as to piece of clothing you're holding. No eye contact!

4. "Oh! But I don't think you can afford it!"

5. Choosing to serve a tourist over someone who's in the front of the queue.

6. Answering questions by forwarding documents that DOESN'T answer your questions.

7. Getting DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER emails, instead of Dear YOUR NAME. (Some people find this rude; I am OK with it).

8. Just people who are plain RUDE RUDE RUDE; they must have woken up atthe wrong side of the bed!

There may be lots more, but bad customer service derives from an unwilling attitude to help, even if it means the person serving you is under some kind of stress!

Dell is a very horrible company to deal with. I used to have a really expensive computer that never did work from the beginning and i got it from them and they wouldnt take it in and fix it. they made me do it over the phone on walk through. My computer warrenty was up and then they wanted to take it in to fix it. But they said it was gonna be an extra $500. No thank you lol. so yes they are a pain. and i warn people not to get anything from them because they are nothing but a rip off. and yes they like to hassell you around to differant people. I never had the same experience as you did but as you can tell I did have pretty bad experiences with them too. my $1500 computer is now tossed because i never did get it to work properly

they do not anwser the phone or do not respond to your questions, put you on hold forever and then the phone disconnects on you...or if online they send you back a answer that had nothing to do with your questions, and you reword the questions and still get the wrong answer....i dislike that so much............
