Probably not, because I'm pretty sure no one at Y! Answers HQ even reads the appeals. Actually I don't think any one at Y! Answers HQ even reads the reasons for violations before handing them out.

No they don't read those replies. Just write it off to experience. If you think you know who reported you, you could report them a few times. I don't think they check that you really violated anything, it is just if someone reports the post.
