I know Kahn is the best goalkeeper in the world, but he's retiring from the German team that time so I dont think Klinsman did any wrong giving Lehman a chance.........Lehman is a talented goalkeeper so he should be given a chance to shine............Kahn had his turn already......Lehman didn't do that bad either

To be honest, Lehmann is better than Kahn...

But Kahn really did a splendid and great job in the last match for Germany against Portugal...

Lehmann saved 2 goals in the penalty shootout against Argetina...

And anyway, it's Klinsmann, not Clinssman...

may be no , because his goal keeping against italy was awful .
and kahn did preety well in the game he played
although jens was not too bad except against italy
i want to conclude with that kahn deserved it better than lehmann the no 1 jersey .

Yes, I heard on an interview that they scouted all the "likely" shooter from Argentine, and watch a lot of videos of them taking the penalities...and based on statistics and tendencies they made a list... Lehman did the same thing for Requelme during the Champions League Semis.... Reuelme - Argentinian, but he was subbed out prior to the shootout in the World Cup. This is good, I think Penalties should become fairer to the goalies, so they are more interesting.

Kahn is the best keeper in the world. He should not of been pulled from the game and he definatley should of kept his #1 jersey. Thats ridiculous for maybe his last world cup appearence not to get to play those games.

I think so, cos Lehamann could not take those GREAT shoots by Grosso and Del Piero.
how funny to see him staring at the ball crossing the goal line !!!
