You are the best judge when it comes to assessing whether you love someone or not. When you really like someone not just for his looks but also for his personality, like to talk to him, enjoy his company, you don't think about anyone but him all the time then it can be said that you have fallen for that person. After all, love is just a couple steps further from really good friendship.

The moment you see him or her u start acting weird.try to look smart in front of them,and act really crazy and check if they are looking at you or not
