Depending on where you are and in which time zone, take the current time of wherever you are and then add or subtract the time difference to get UK time. Alternatively, synchronise your PC's clock (in toolbar) with the GMT and you will have UK time. Also if you listen to the BBC World Service broadcast on the radio they regularly give the correct time on the hour.

depends what country you are in. if you are here in the uk then call the speaking clock - dial 123 from a land line. otherwise check the ftsi, they always show the correct time gmt.
